Mr Sören Johansson, MSc from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, has over 35 years of experience from international healthcare business in various management positions within business, sales & marketing, market development and merger & acquisitions. The industrial experience spans from small entrepreneurial companies to larger organizations with global leadership. During his 19 years at Elekta AB the company evolved from a small medtech company to become a market leader in the global Oncology market and Mr Johansson held positions as head of business development in North America as well as in the corporate organization over the years. He has served as a board member of Single Technologies AB, Prostalund AB and the Swedish Medtech Association. He currently is Senior Director responsible for business development of Sun Nuclear Corporation in the US.

Mr Anders Ingeström has held Senior Level Executive positions in high growth companies in the IT&Telecom sector for more than twentyfive years, eg Business Unit Director of AU-System, CEO of Across Wireless AB, EVP and COO of Sonera SmartTrust AB. In the last 15 years Mr Ingeström has been active board member/chairman and investor in high growth companies. Examples of such board engagements are: Aptilo Networks, Adssets, Axiomatics, Coach&Capital, Idevio, Idun Real Estate Solutions, Imint, Imagomob, Jeeves Information Systems, Palette Software, Prover Technology and Solution Experts.

Ms Gisela Sitbon, PhD in molecular biology, brings more than 25 years of experience from small to medium sized companies within the life science industry where she has been CEO as well as held leading positions within business development, R&D and quality assurance. Some companies where she has been engaged include for instance KaroBio AB, Professional Genetics Laboratory AB, Quantovir AB, Pharmalink AB, ObsteCare AB, iCellate AB and Sting AB. She currently serves as chairman of the board for Beactica AB, Nanologica AB and Gradientech AB and board member of CollaboDoc AB, Annexin Pharmaceuticals AB and In Singulo Solutions AB.

Mr Magnus Stafsing, co-founder of Encare, brings wide experience of more than 30 years of leading positions in the IT industry. In recent years, Mr Stafsing has served as CEO, playing a key role in building Time Care AB, a Swedish workforce management company, initially focusing on the healthcare sector. Further on he served as CEO for Alertsec AB which is offering ‘cloud-based’ security software. For 14 years Mr Stafsing served as VP of Marketing for Lotus/IBM in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Concidera Health AB, board member of Spinnaren Management AB and board adjunct member of CMAB Conseiller Marketing AB.
